The ETS Control room received a call from the client to report that one of their vehicles was hijacked in Sandton.
The vehicle was a Mercedes Actros Tipper.
When the unit went into alarm the agents were dispatched.
The client called to report that the driver was dropped off in Centurion by the hijackers and was at the Bramley SAPS. The driver reported that there were 5 armed black men and they drove a White Toyota Corolla.
10 minutes later the agents reported that they were in the area and were receiving a signal from the unit.
20 minutes later the agents reported that they recovered the vehicle.
The client was informed and arrived at the scene to arrange for a tow truck.
