Event
The client phoned and reported that one of their vehicles had been hijacked and requested agents to be dispatched to recover the horse, trailer and cargo.
When the Mtrack unit went into alarm, the horse and trailer were reporting from the same area.
One of the agents quickly got a visual on the vehicle and waited for backup before approaching the vehicle.
The recovery team recovered the horse, trailer and all of the cargo.
The client requested the recovery team to stay with the vehicle and expressed his gratitude for excellent service, not surprising since this was one of the highest value recoveries in Mtrack’s history!
